Authorisation Code is not working

I have the product ID from envato, and the Pro upgrade code. Both are in my dashboard - cornerstone is accepting it as a valid code.

Thanks for reaching out.

You only have a Pro license since it’s now converted from X, and X and Pro license are not applicable for cornerstone. The cornerstone is a different product, if you wish to activate cornerstone alone then you’ll need standalone license from here https://codecanyon.net/item/cornerstone-the-wordpress-page-builder/15518868, I checked your site and it is indeed have active cornerstone instead of Pro where your current license is only applicable.
