I’m not sure if this is just affecting the author bio shortcode or if it’s affecting other shortcodes as well, but ever since I upgraded to the latest Cornerstone and Pro updates dated July 18, 2017, my author bio short code is no longer working.
Can you please help me figure this out?
Hi There,
Thank you for writing in! I don’t see any issue with Author shortcode on the latest PRO version on my end. Please clarify what is the issue and how we can replicate it.
In the meantime clear all caching plugin/feature your site may have, so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Cheers!
