Author Embedding Issue

Hello all!

I am having a very weird issue in which the authors of my site don’t have the ability to embed a video as the “Author” role on my site. Is this normal? I am having to give each of them editor permissions in order to embed something as simple as a youtube video.

Is there something I can do to correct this? I would prefer not to give all users the “Editor” role if I didn’t have to.

Thanks for writing in!

An author can’t add unfiltered html content like iframe or youtube embed code.
Please check this for possible solution.
