Hello,
I used a basic wp theme before and in my posts the name of the author, the date it was published and the list of related tags where visible. (Author and date on the very top and list of tags at the bottom).
I am using Ehos 1 theme x now. They do not show out any more. How can I make them visible ?

The post tags will not show in the Ethos stack, you can check here:
I recommend you try to switch to Integrity stack instead: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/blog/.
To enable the post meta on blog page, please navigate to Theme Options > Blog > Content > POST META > switch to ON:
