Author Bio translation

Hello, I’m using X theme integrity stack.
I’ve translated the theme with Polylang plugin on 4 languages.
But I cannot find a way to translate User names. Since author name and bio is displayed on my posts, I need this field translated.
Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks for writing in.

You mean to change the user name per language? I’m not sure if that’s possible, an account is supposed to have its own and not changeable user name.

Thank you for prompt response. Can you clarify: you are not sure or it can’t be done?
When you create a new user, where the strings of his name are stored? If i could find the location I could use pll_e() function in php template.

Hello There,

I can confirm that it isn’t possible. A username is a unique database entry. You cannot translate this. The store is stored in the database by the way. For more details about the username, please check the code:
