Audio player not displaying correctly

My audio players (classic and the new one) are not displaying correctly:

There is no progress bar, there’s a problem with top margin and it looks like it’s cut in half.

How can I fix it?

Hi Szymon,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try following the troubleshooting steps below and see if you can isolate the issue.

1.Try removing all of your custom CSS/JavaScript that you have added to your site and re-test your issue again.
2.If you’re using a child theme, try disabling it temporarily by activating your parent X theme and see if you’re encountering any issues related to your child theme customizations.
3.Disable all of your 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone plugin and re-test your issue further. If the issue is resolved, you can then activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.

While testing, if you’re using a caching plugin on your site, make sure to purge full cache including browser cache before testing. You can refer to the following resource if required (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

If you’re still having issues, provide us with an example page URL that you’re having this issue, so that we should be able to assist you accordingly.

Ok, thanks. I’ve found 3rd party plugin, which causes this.
