Audio Player not allowing scrubbing

We have a page with about 21 audio players. Sometimes randomly the audio players on this page will not allow the user to “scrub” or click forward on the audio track. Some will work and some will not and the ones that do work change from time to time. I can’t see anything in terms of JS errors that might be causing this so I figured I would ask.

And right now, the audio player on the very bottom right under profile “Will Darling” is the player that is currently doing this. Let me know what else you need to investigate this issue.

I have checked the specific URL and found the issue you described here with all the Audio players. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue

3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
