Attempting to transfer license from one account to another

I have a license registered to @NewLibertyStudents that I am trying to move to @Anderson_Austin - I have unlocked the license number but keep getting an error message that doesn’t allow me to make the transfer. I see this is a common issue, and would love some assistance. Thank you!

Hello Austin,

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that unlocking a license to be transferred to another account is only possible if you have several licenses. If you only have one license, the account itself needs to be removed before you can transfer the license to another account.
