Assistance with Conflict Between Directory Plug In and Theme

Hi Themeco Tech team
I am developing a Community based website that requires a Membership log in feature and a Directory of Members.
I am using Wordpress 5.2.4 and Pro 3.0.4 . Both Pro Header and Footer are assigned “Global”. .
There appears to be a conflict between the Directory Pro Plug in as on the Member’s Profile page the Pro Footer is appearing in a column on the right. When I change to the X footer it does the same thing. But if I change theme to the Default Wordpress Theme this error does not occur.

Issue can be viewed on following page once logged in.:

The menu tab “My Hub Members” is running the Member Profile page for the Directory Plug In.

I will provide secure log in details on a new thread to this topic.
Any assistance you can provide that may assist the page to be viewed without this issue of the footer appearing on the side would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Hi Debbie,

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. This usually happens because of mismatch/incorrect html tags. Either you have extra closing </div> or extra/missing html tags. To see where the issue is and since this is not a normal page edited using Content editor, the issue might be on template. Look for the template check all html tags. See if there is missing or excess html tags. Everything should be match like this <div></div> / <p></p>

Thanks for your reply …
I ended up submitting a support ticket to the plug in developer and they added some code … so it is resolved.
Thanks again for your support.

Cheers

Hey Debbie,

You’re most welcome.
