Assistance Required: Using Pro Features Without Themeco Theme

Dear ThemeCo Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Kelly Begin, and I recently purchased the “Starter” plan specifically to access all the Pro Features, including:

  • Cornerstone Builder
  • Gridorama
  • Modern Sliders
  • Super Loopers
  • Web Design Magic
  • CS Charts

However, I encountered an issue when trying to integrate these features into my existing website. Since I am already using a different theme, I didn’t want to use the Themeco theme included in the plan. Unfortunately, when I deactivate the Themeco theme and reactivate my own theme, all the Pro Features are deactivated as well.

Could you please guide me on how I can use these Pro Features independently of the Themeco theme? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kelly,

Thanks for writing in! We recommend purchasing the standalone Cornerstone plugin if you want to use the Cornerstone Builder in your current site using a different theme.

You can send us a refund request for the Pro theme since you are not using the theme on your site.
