Assigning Menu

Say, I’m trying to assign a Primary Menu to the Personify Navigation Line. However, when I assign Primary Menu it doesn’t apparel in the header or footer. What do I need to change? https://thepostlincoln.com/

You can select the Primary menu from the Personify header named Global as shown in the given screenshot.
