I was trying to assign a menu to the footer, however the menus page doesn’t seem to load properly. I’ve tried a couple of times now and even tried another browser, but the result is the same. I can see the WordPress menu page through the loading screen, but the loader just keeps trying to load something and doesn’t go away or timeout.

That will allow you to safely share sensitive information with us that only our staff will see so that we can login and take a look at this directly, as we will need to see this firsthand to provide some more direction here. I’m sorry i don’t know how i got the credentials wrong, but i updated the secure note with the right ones. As you suggested i tested for a plugin conflict by deactivating them all except cornerstone, but the same thing occurs.

I went ahead and assigned the footer menu via Appearance > Menus without any issue (see screenshot)
Please clear your browser’s cache and check your footer menu now. Cheers!

For some reason i got so hung up on the loading screen issue i never thought to just check the menu’s page and do it from there.
