Assigned header not showing

Hi !

When I create new headers, they aren’t showing on assigned posts.
Old ones are still showing but not new ones.
Here’s an exemple on a staging site: https://coeurdenomade.collectifweb.dev/test-1234/

I already looked at the common issues:

1. I disabled all of my plugins
2. I don’t have any CSS/JS Customization
3. I installed the latest version of Pro theme.
4. I’m not using a CDN or a caching plugin.
5. I’m not using a child theme.

Do you have any idea what could cause this problem ?

Thanks for sharing the login details, it seems that you are using the different custom Headers for each post. I would request you please let us know which custom Header that you want to display for the given specific posts.

Hi Juan, I have checked the Layout Builder by creating a layout named Testing which didn’t work. But while creating another layout named A Testing worked. It seems that it might have any restriction on the number of layouts, which you already crossed. And while making a layout with the name having alphabetical order is higher is worked. I have already reported this to our team and issue tracker for further investigation. Thanks

I have created a Header named A Test Header and it worked, I have already reported the same for the Layout, and will add the Header problem so our development team will aware of it.

So the problem is that there’s too many Headers on my site. Is that right ?

And if I understand correctly, by using a name starting with “A”, it’s replacing another Header that is starting with a letter further down the alphabet.
What can I do until the problem is resolved ?

Hey Isabelle,

You can rename your header or at least use a name that will surely comes first while we are still waiting for the fix. By the way, we are already in beta testing. Hopefully the new update will be rolling out soon.
