Best Regards.

Thank you for your reply. When I go to Cornerstone I don’t see settings anywhere. There’s a Preferences (gear icon). I see a Clear Max Cache at the bottom but I don’t believe that’s the Cache I need to clear. We were hosting this at Pantheon but have moved the site to a vm in our data center. Unfortunately the new host is behind a firewall that will prevent you from accessing the Admin or even viewing the site.

Hi @brocknessmonster,

The cache mentioned by my colleague can be cleared from Cornerstone > Settings , as shown in the screenshot below:

If that does not resolve the issue, we will need to check further through the WordPress admin dashboard.

Thanks

I’m not seeing those options. If I click on Cornerstone it launches the Builder interface. See Secret Message.

Hi @brocknessmonster,

It will be very difficult to recognize why the Settings option is not coming. There might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
