Assign a menu - Noob question

Down at the very bottom on my ethos 1 website, there are 2 clickable links that were there initially by xtheme. It says : Powered by the Xtheme and Assign a menu

It must be easy but how can I change it into my own menus or just erase them?

1.You can change Powered by the Xtheme text from X > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Content. https://cloudup.com/cqjbp_n0JKR
2. Footer menu can be turned off from X > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Menu. https://cloudup.com/cg0GofvpD5f
3. In case you want to assign a different menu into footer, you can do that from Appearance > Menu > Manage Location > Footer Menu. https://cloudup.com/c5Ll33tDFEg
