Articles are appearing as images in one category and articles in another

Hello,

On my website https://lightenthedark.com the articles I have posted to the Self-Care category page (https://lightenthedark.com/category/self-care) are showing up as articles. They have the article icon and a blurb about the article below. However, on the Wellness category page (https://lightenthedark.com/category/wellness) they show up as pictures. They have a camera icon and no blurb about the article. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I would like all the articles to show up as articles, not as images.

Hey Courtney,

Please edit the Post Format of your posts listed on the Wellness Page. Set the Post Format to Standard. They’re currently set to Image Post Format.
