MailPoet still shows in the documentation but seems to be removed from your site.

The MailPoet plugin is still working fine. You can download it from the WordPress plugin repository.
You can also check our third-party extension list.

That is not what I am asking, if you look at your documentation these should be available under the validation section with the theme and Pro is meant to ship with the premium version of the plugin.

Currently the instructions in your documentation are not correct and how do we get the premium version as the WordPress repository does not have it.

Can you please let us know what exact issue you are having with MailPoet? The Free version is available in the WordPress repository and the premium version can be found here in this link: https://www.mailpoet.com/. If you have any issue related to the MailPoet settings and others you can go through the official documentation below.

We apologized for the confusion. Be advised that on new installs, you can no longer install Mailpoet because we have removed it. The documentation is still present for those people who have used the previous versions of the theme and that they have installed the plugin. Sorry for the incovenience.

So back to my original question. Are you phasing out support for MailPoet?

Is it now required to purchase the Premium version?

Perhaps you should still update the documentation to say that the documents are only for specific versions of Pro etc.

I think it has been clearly mentioned that if you need any further help, you can ask at the support of WordPress repository on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailpoet/ and you can find the only documentation at https://kb.mailpoet.com/. If you need any extensive support, you may need to purchase the premium version in that case.

I don’t need help. You just haven’t answered my question. Fortunately I have the answer now.

For those that stumble across this X / Pro / Theme.co no longer support Mail Poet and it has been removed as one of the premium plugins that ships with Pro.
