It might the issue of cache issue I would suggest you, please purge all the cache temporarily deactivate the cache plugin, and check it.

this archive view missing projects doesn’t appear to be caching. I have cleared the cache and it had no effect. BUT… on looking at this glitch more closely it’s not actually as i first thought… The view is not limited to 2 projects, it is simply showing 1 less project than the number of projects in the category. That seems more likely to be a Cornerstone or ACF issue.
