Hey,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Hey,
See secure note above
Hello There,
Thank you for providing the information. I have investigated the issue and it seems that the height of the grid container becomes zero. This is why you can see the items for a while and then it will disappear. There could be a script that is causing this issue. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If the issue still exist, please re install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install X.
Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.
Hi there,
Thanks but I tried this basic troubleshooting.
Disabling all plugins and clearing cloudflare cache still produces this error unfortunately
Hello There,
To resolve this, will have to force the height of the container. Please add the following CSS code in the X > Launch > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r)
#x-iso-container {
height: auto !important;
}
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
This works
Odd why this has to be added?
Hello There,
This should not be necessary but there is something in your site that created the issue. Since we could not figure out if it is cache, plugin conflict or whatsoever, the easiest way is to use this custom css to resolve the issue and be able to save time back and forth with the replies.
Best Regards.
