Archive page : Featured img problem

Hello,

we are experiencing an issue with the archive page (All archive). We are using the function {{dc:post:featured_image_id}} . The images do not always appear on mobile devices for our client. However, we are not able to reproduce the issue on our side.
Could you please advise what might be causing this problem?
