Archive Layout not Applying

Hello,

I have a custom post type and a couple of custom taxonomies attached.

I have created layouts for the archives of these taxonomies and they are all applying fine except for one of them. I have tried deleting it and duplicating one of the working layouts and changing the conditions and it still does not work.

The post type is Summer Intensives
The taxonomy not working is called Summer Location (intensive_location).

Here is a link to a working archive with the Dance Styles Taxonomy

Here are my conditions

It will apply if I set it to ‘is not’ which obviously also makes it apply in places I don’t want and also doesn’t make any sense.

I did use CPTUI to set these up, here are the settings from there:

Would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we can check on your setup properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

thanks so much, I added the secure note to my original post alone with the layout, taxonomy, taxonmy slug and post type.

I suspect that there could be a conflict with your summer intensive location that’s why the condition is not applied. You could try to target is summer intensive location and this should be working on your website. For example:
