Approved comments not displaying on blog posts

Hello!

My client’s website (running Theme X Pro 5.1.5 using the Integrity stack) has commenting enabled via her Wordpress settings and on the individual posts themselves. I’ve looked through all the settings and nothing should be preventing comments from displaying. People can submit comments on the blog post but they just don’t display.

I’ve included screenshots of my settings and a link to a blog post with approved comments on it.

Maybe it has something to do with the Theme settings? I’m completely stumped here.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Joe,

Thanks for writing in!

I can see that you are using a custom single layout. Please edit the custom single layout and make sure that the Comments List dynamic element has been added to the layout.

Keep in mind that the Comments Form dynamic element will display the form while the Comments List dynamic element will display all the comments on the post.
