Applying licence on Staging site shows a success message but site remains unvalidated

Hi there,

I’ve configured a staging site at [See Secure Note]

As you can see in this screenshot, there is a notification stating the site is now validated, but below there is a prompt to validate the site stating the site is not validated.

I have cleared caches both on the web server and Cloudflare.

Can you please assist?

Hey @Aidenwebb,

Sometimes there’s a communication issue between your server and our server. That’s one of the reasons why the validation doesn’t work. Please wait an hour, then try validating again and then reload the validation page.

If that doesn’t help, please provide the following details in a Secure Note

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password
• Web Host cPanel access (if you’re not familiar with this, please get this from your web host)

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
