Thank you for writing in, regretfully there is no element or extension that has that feature in X.

I would advise to look at the top Membership Plugins and see which one is suitable for your needs.

Thanks. I think that it might be the case. Contact form 7 wouldn’t help extensively in my case. Thanks for the link. I found a plugin called Pie Register seems to do a job.
