After the last X update (we are using Ethos theme) the following has happened: we used to have the following post address - “home icon” then the name of the post. Now we have the following order: “home icon” > Blog> the name of the post. Am not sure where this “Blog” is coming from, when I click on it - it still takes me to the homepage. Can someone please advise how to get rid of this word “Blog”?

Thank you for the credentials, before this happened did you change something on the Settings > Reading? I don’t see any page that is assigned as Posts page.
There are strange things happening on your site, one of that is this:
You should get 3 options on there (Options, Templates, & Content). Would you mind updating your X Theme to the latest version 5.2.5, and please delete the old version of X and Cornerstone you have (download it first if you want to backup it), to make sure that these versions are not conflicting.
Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
