We are unable to use the Appearance > Menus section of our site, none of the pages can be be dragged and dropped into position. We have updated everything, deactivated our child theme and deactivated our plugins one by one to figure out the culprit and the one that seems to be causing the issue is the Cornerstone plugin. Has anyone else had this issue?

If you are not able to drag and drop menu items in the menu area, that is most likely caused by a Javascript error.
Have you also tried to clear your site and browser cache after deactivating the plugins? Please also check the version of your Wordpress.
