this is not theme- but apex profile related:
Since I work for different companies that work with the pro theme I have access to more than one account. When I’m logged in to one and go from dashboard to support the account changes without me logging in or out. that is a bit confusing, since the support questions are related to company-specific issues.

As I checked the video, I could see that It could be a bug. I will forward this issue to our Apex Developer so that they could check on it.
For the meantime, it would be best that you will use private browsing or incognito so that other profile will not show.
You could also try clearing your cache before using the apex again.

thanks for your answer. Clearing cache worked in the beginning. As soon as I change profile it switches again.
browsing with incognito works.
