Any way to edit permissions for a single page?

I’ve got a website for a local political party with several organizations underneath it, each of which has its own page. Right now, I have to edit all of those pages myself. I want to grant the chairs for those organizations the ability to edit their pages, but to do that, I have to give them access to edit EVERY page… and we can’t do that.

In vanilla WordPress I know I could do it, so I’m wondering - is there a way to do it in theme.co Pro?

Hi Alicia,

Unfortunately, page permission is not part of the theme. You need a user role plugin to do this. Pro handles how you edit the content, but generally, how it display on the backend is not controlled by the theme. Basically what you need is the ability to limit what is available for users when they login on the backend. I did some search and found this: https://wpengine.com/blog/plugged-in-user-role-plugins/. Please check suggested plugins.
