Thanks for writing in! You may be able to achieve the layout using the builder in the theme. The calculation part needs custom JS coding that will update the number in the Text element. Regretfully custom JS coding is beyond the scope of our support under our Support Policy. If you are unfamiliar with code and resolving potential conflicts, you may select our One service for further assistance or you may need to contact a 3rd party developer to do this customizations for you.
