My agency is looking for some excellent freelance Designers / Devs who are adept at pulling together designs and buildouts in Pro.
You should be able to use Pro (not X) to set up global blocks and styles, etc. You should be able to take flat designs from PSD or AI and turn them into working Pro sites. You should also be able to create advanced designs yourself.
