Anonymizing IP Address Contact Form 7 + Flamingo

Hi,
in order to have the site GDPR compliant, I’ve installed the Flamingo plugin to gather the consent form the site users. Only thing is that it collects also the IP address and I need to get it anonymous.
I’ve tried to implement this string https://contactform7.com/2018/07/12/contact-form-7-503 in my child theme functions.php but is doesn’t do anything.
Any suggestions?

Regretfully, we could not help with Contact Form 7 custom integrations. You will need to consult with a third party developer for this.
