At https://www.zentire.nl I have my own website in the footer (WordPress Department). However, when clicked it leads to https://www.wpdept.nl instead of http://www.wpdept.nl. Why is that? Now visitors can’t get to my site because it says it’s not safe or they get to https://www.wpdept.nl which has nothing on it.

Thanks for writing in! To resolve your issue, simply edit your footer content and use this:
<p>2018 © Zentire</p>
<p>Gebouwd door <a href="http://wpdept.nl" title="Professionele websites voor een goede prijs" style="outline: none;">WordPress Department</a></p>
Adding http to your link will make sure that it goes to the right link with the correct http protocol.
