Hello.
For some reasons the animations on this page
such as the slide show, the counters, the chapters that should appera from the bottom
do not work
What can i do about it?
Thanks
Any support on this please?
Hi there,
Sorry for our late reply We are experiencing a traffic in our queue due to the new release of the theme and Cornerstone which will be back in normal in a week or 2.
I checked your website and found no errors on my browser console.
It seems that you are using the only Cornerstone and not the X or Pro themes. I suggest that you disable the Cornerstone plugin and check the case. If the problem persists you need to look for other reasons and it is not related to our builder.
If the problem goes away then kindly make a copy of the same page using a plugin like this:
And in the duplicated page try to remove the sections one by one and test the front end of the website to find out which section is causing the issue.
After that check, the section itself and elements inside, see if you can find a code or something which is causing the issue.
The last suggestion is to make sure that there is no 3rd party plugin. To find out, deactivate all 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone and check the case. If it is fixed then enable them one by one to find which one is causing the issue.
Thank you.
