Animation from Slider Revolution disappeared after image changes

Hi, I downloaded a template (App Showcase) from Slider Revolution, duplicated it, changed a few images and have now lost all animations. On the template the text (on the grouped layers) is highlighted while the other grouped layers are dimmed, and an image is displayed while the mouse is hovered over the selected grouped layers. On my new slider all animations seem to have disappeared. Any help you can provide on this slider would be great…as I have to make a few of them. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in!
Can you please confirm which template you are talking about? So that we can check in our setup.
The slider revolution comes with the theme, don’t have template. If you have purchase the template from Slider revolution, its better to take help from them and they have better expertise than us.

Hi, the template that I downloaded is ‘App Showcase’. I purchased a license a while back for a different website but I’m using the plugin that came with the theme.

First, you need to make sure if this is a theme related issue or a “Slider Revolution” issue, this can be easily done by switching -temporarily- to the default WordPress theme and recheck the slider animation again, if it’s still not working as it should then this could be something related to the template you imported and you will have to contact Revolution Slider support team.
