Animated preloader for woocommerce checkout page

Hi,

How can I have an animated preloader icon on WooCommerce checkout page? Currently on checkout update, it just fades for seconds which is not suitable and doesn’t inform users that something is loading.
This is a sample preload animation from other theme :

My question is kinda feature request too!
