How can achieve an angled division between two columns? Also is it possible to have a thin divider line in a specific width and color between the two columns as in the example image?

I suggest that you add a Raw content element and do not use columns. Then add the HTML mentioned below and CSS mentioned in the X > Launch > Options > CSS:
