Anchors and back to top not working on firefox and chrome

They were working properly and for some reason they stopped working.
Do not install any plugin or make modifications on the web.
Install a previous version of the theme and they work again, that is, the problem is in the latest version.

Thank you for writing in, I tried to check the issue but both websites that are associated with your account seems to be not accessible? Please check.

In the meantime, please clear all your caching plugins/feature and do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.
