Anchor tags missing in elements

Is there a way of adding anchor text / tags to any of these

Thanks for reaching out.

  1. The first 4 URLs are coming from the social icons on top. And each link has title tag, I’m not sure what text should be added. Do you mean replacing the icons with standard text?

  2. I didn’t find the resene.co.nz

  3. The last 4 URLs are coming from the logos at the bottom, and each has title tags too, even the image has alt tags.

And from what tools these recommendation are coming?
