In my four page site I have placed a total navigation in every footer. The items are linked with anchors.
Only the anchors on the same page seems to wordk. The items aiming at anchors on different pages are not working properly: they send you to the top of that page, not to the item itself.
Hey there,
You need to use full URL like http://example.com/#section for it to work and not only the fragment identifier #section.
If you’re using One Page navigation feature, this is not recommended. One Page navigation was designed to work on one page or landing page only and not to be used site wide. With that said, you need to setup a site-wide menu as your Primary Menu.
Thanks.
