Anchor Links Worked then Stopped

I know this topic has been used and abused but I have tried everything for months with no success.

Here is the scope:

Created unique ID for page sections i.e. (webdesign)
Created custom links in Menu i.e. (/#webdesign)

Disabled every plugin
Tried WP Debug
Inspected links in Chrome console (they work)
Wordpress version up to date
X Theme Pro version up to date
Cornerstone up to date
No Javascript errors

It seems that you have inserted a broken code on the site. I have found this in your custom CSS in Cornerstone > Theme Options > CSS:

And most importantly, I found out that your Contact Form is using broken DIV elements. Please double-check it first because this may affect the HTML structure and other elements like the <a> tag.

Please correct this code. If you are not the one coding this, you may need to contact your developer.

I appreciate your insight on the broken code.

I’ve removed those lines of code and deleted contact form entirely.

The anchor links in menu under “Services” work from every page except on the Home page.

How do we fix this?

I have checked your website and found the issue, but unfortunately, the issue can’t be replicated in my local environment. It might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue

3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
