Anchor links with no smooth scrolling

Hi! I have the known issue that some anchor links on my start page jump to the anchor in a jolt. How can I restore a smooth scroll effect? I searched the forum but couldn’t find a solution that suited me. The One Page Navigation is already activated.

Do you have any ideas what might be the problem here?

Thanks for writing in!

Please do not use NUMBERS as your element IDs. Instead of having 1,2,3.....n, kindly edit your page and change change the IDs into one, two, three, four,.... so that in your link URL, you will have #one, #two, #three, #four,....
