Anchor links stopped working

Hello!

Our client’s site:
chaneyfinancialgroup.com/

Anchor links (in top, bottom and mobile menu) mysteriously stopped working. They used to work. No changes were made that I know of that could have caused it.

I already tried:

  • Disabling all plugins

We got them to work on the desktop by updating the theme but it’s still not working on the mobile menu.

When clicking on mobile menu item it just closes the menu and doesn’t scroll down.

Hey @kinumedia,

Disabling all plugins is just one of the troubleshooting steps. You missed temporarily removing JS Customizations. Please kindly temporarily remove all of the custom JS in your site especially in Theme Options > JS.

Only if that doesn’t help, please give us the following info in a Secure Note

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
