Anchor Links only work once on the page?

Hi,
I have an anchor link setup on the page with a few buttons that point to that section.

It works once when a button is pressed. But if the user scrolls to another section and presses a button again it won’t jump back to the anchored section.

Is it possible to have the anchor links used again without having to reload the page.
