Anchor links on the same page in PRO

Hello:

We’ve tried to put anchor links on a few pages like this one: https://climatepro.com/window-tinting-buyers-guide-for-the-san-francisco-bay-area/ See the table of contents box at the top. Our links worked for a while and then recently stopped. Any tips on how to do this correctly?

Thank you for writing in, I just tested those links and it works, it scroll to the respective section. Please clarify how we can replicate the issue.
