#anchor links not working in recent update

Worked before, if you click on the “ready to signup” or “Become a Model”, the tag on the web browser address bar switches to

http://www.projectme.cc/2018-projectme-signup/#BEAMODEL

But the page does not move to the link id specified. Now if I navigate up to the top with my mouse and hit enter on the web address in the browser, it moves appropriately. Funny thing, this used to work until just recently.

I can see that you have updated Cornerstone to the latest version which is 3.2.5. This version does not work with an older version of the theme which is 4.6.1, the current version installed.

X 6.2.5 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
