Anchor links not working for woocommerce

Some of my anchor links not working. I have made sure everything is updated and working smoothly. Most of jump links have to do with woocommerce.

On my cart page: if I click " Change address" under shipping, it redirects me to the same page url but adds a hashtag at the end of the url (https://thatssofetch.co/cart/#).

On my checkout page: if I click “Returning Customer? Click here to login” nothing happens except a hashtag is added at the end of the url (https://thatssofetch.co/checkout/#).

On my checkout page: if I click “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” nothing happens except a hashtag is added at the end of the url (https://thatssofetch.co/checkout/#).

I think it might be a cache problem but am having troubling figuring it out.

Thanks for writing to us.
We checked your website, all the links of the “Cart” page and “Checkout” page are working fine at our end. We would recommend you please purge all of your caches also clear your browser cache and then check it again.
