Anchor links not working after update

After update to 2.0.4 anchor links stopped working.

I tried to clear all caches, clear style cache and even disabling caching plugin
error persists

This issue is due to some custom JS. Please check this JS code which is causing the issue.
Please remove or modify it, so that it will work.
