Anchor Links in menu not working

Hey all,

unfortunately, my anchor links are not working any more. I used them in the main menu to jump to the single sections on my website. For any reason they are not working, just if I reload the page. When I click on the menu link the url changes however, the site is not jumping to the section. Could you please assist me on this issue.

In order to check your menu issue please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
