Hey @lorchme,
Regarding the solution provided in the other thread, it works. So that we’re clear, the solution that was provided is to disable the sticky bar offset and it exactly does that.
Maybe you mean the sticky header is covering up the elements? If so, that is just natural because your sticky bar’s background is white. Set it to transparent and check the result.
Regarding the Navigation Modal not closing when clicking a jump link, that should not be happening because that is a built-in function. The issue surely caused by a custom code or a 3rd-party plugin. Please do the following troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is really coming from our theme or builders.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
-
Switch to the parent theme to check if a custom code in your child theme is causing the issue.
-
Temporarily remove all Javascript codes on your site.
I’d also like to kindly ask that you do those and the rest of the troubleshooting steps mentioned in our Common Issues article here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues
Hope that helps.
