Anchor Links are not going to the right spot

Hi there,

I have a page built in cornerstone, with a header using anchor links to jump down the page. The element IDs are all setup correctly but the anchor links are going to a random place on the page. Sending a private note with more information. Thanks!

Thanks for writing to us.

It has been fixed on the latest theme release. I would suggest you update the Pro theme to 5.1.4. I would also recommend you please purge all the cache and server cache as well so that the latest code renders properly. In case if the issue still persists I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
